When you enquire through our contact form or email our team, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and the content of your message. In the course of trading we also hold business contact and transaction information for our customers and suppliers. We do not collect sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, connect you with the relevant trading desk, provide and administer our products and services, and maintain our business relationship. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Sharing and overseas disclosure

Latitude operates offices in New Zealand, Australia and Uruguay, and works with logistics, freight and documentation partners worldwide. To fulfil your enquiry or an order, your information may be shared with our offices and trusted partners, including recipients outside New Zealand, solely for that purpose. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected when it is handled overseas.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not profile your browsing.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax and trade-documentation obligations, then we remove it.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will help.
